In one big cup of water; add 1 big tsp of Black Leaf Tea. Keep aside for boiling approx 5-7 minutes. Strain tea in a cup and add a small tsp of honey and lemon as per your own choice and drink slowly.
It’s best to start your morning with this tea; as it is light and refreshing to begin your day with. Its a very relaible and good chaay for weight loss.
